Returns
We ask you to place your order carefully so that as few returns as possible occur. Therefore, if you have any questions, please contact us in advance by sending an email to info@soloko.com. If you still don’t like the product you ordered, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that the goods are unused and, in the case of textiles, unwashed. The product must be packed in its original packaging (this only applies in the case of a timely cancellation), and the original shipping packaging or equally damage-proof packaging should be used so that the original packaging of the product is not damaged. All parts belonging to the product must be included.
For the handling of returns, we ask you to do the following:
RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY
- Send an email to info@soloko.com with your invoice and order number and we will send you a return label online. Or request your return label online via the following link: APPLY FOR RETURN
- Either print out the return label and stick it on the package or go directly to DHL with the package and the return code and hand in the package. Please include your invoice or order number with your package.
- Once we have received and inspected the package, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 working days to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. If you want to exchange a product for another or a different size, or if you want to complain about a defect, please contact us.
RETURNS OUTSIDE GERMANY
For returns outside Germany, we ask you to stamp a label yourself and send your return to the following address:

We also recommend that you send the package insured so that the goods arrive safely.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return the goods and order again if necessary.
